Dr. Brent James
James is originally from Wilson, Arkansas. He completed his undergraduate studies at Arkansas State University, graduated from Northeastern State University College of Optometry and completed a residency in Ocular Disease at Western Oklahoma Eye Center.
Dr. James owned a successful private practice for over 11 years and founded James Mobile Eyecare, now known as OnSight Vision Care, in 2014. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for reaching the under-served. He looks forward to college football in the fall and a chance to play golf at unique courses across the country. Most weekends are spent watching his kids play whatever sport is in season.
Brent and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Little Rock with their three children – Drew, Maggie, and Emmy. Their favorite family activity is time at Greer’s Ferry Lake.
Dr. Marc Carozza
Dr. Carozza, a native of Texarkana, Arkansas, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ouachita Baptist University in 2000 and a Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2006. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Arkansas Optometric Association, InfantSEE, Vision Council of America and Optometry Giving Sight.
Dr. Carozza places a high value on developing quality relationships with his patients as well as problem solving their specific vision needs. Away from work, he enjoys playing softball and golf, bow hunting and spending time with his family.
He is married to his high school sweetheart, Ashley. They have three children, Carly, Carson, and Carter, and live in Arkadelphia, AR.
Dr. Elizabeth Kilgore
Dr. Kilgore grew up in Hampton, Arkansas. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2006 and while in college was a member of the Razorback Marching Band. She graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 2010 and has worked in private practice serving patients of all ages.
Dr. Kilgore is active in her church and a member of the Lions Club. Since becoming a mom, most of her hobbies have gone by the wayside and now covets the opportunity for a rare nap!
She and her husband, Thomas, have two young boys, Aiden and Patrick and live in Hardy, AR.
Dr. Melinda Legg
Dr. Legg grew up in Junction City, AR. She earned her degree from Ouachita Baptist University and graduated from the Southern College of Optometry.
She is a member of the Louisiana and American Optometric Association and has a heart for medical missions. She has made eleven trips outside of the country and plans to do more medical mission trips when her children are older.
After having her third baby in three years, she sold her private practice and became, in her words, “a part time working momma trying to survive all the things”. We think she’s doing great and proud to have her on our team of doctors.
Dr. Legg and her husband, Michael, have four young children – Michal, Gabby, Addy, and Maddy – and live in Monroe, LA.
Dr. Zachary Faust
Dr. Zachary Faust was born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas. He pursued his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas. There he was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists, Sports Vision club, and the Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity. Dr. Faust completed rotations at the Eye Clinics of South Texas and the Jacksonville Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Florida. He is currently a member of the Arkansas Optometric Association.
Dr. Faust married his San Antonio sweetheart, Brittany, and they currently reside in Springdale, Arkansas. They enjoy traveling and hiking with their two German Shepherds, Riley & Cooper.
